Easy to make version of healthy delicious whole chicken fry.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole chicken cleaned -800-1000 gm
  2. Turmeric powder to wash -1 tsp
  3. For marination:-
  4. Chilli powder-2 tsp
  5. Pepper & cumin powder - each 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  8. Mixed herbs -2 tsp
  9. Olive oil - 1 -2 tbsp
  10. Lime juice -1
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. French fries or potato wedges as per need.


  1. Wash chicken thoroughly make slit apply turmeric powder and again wash and drain it .
  2. First marinate the chicken with salt and lime juice.
  3. Then mix all ingredients and apply over the whole chicken.Marinate atleast for 1-2 hour.
  4. Set the temperature to 200 degree Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes.
  5. Spreading french fries or potato wedges in the fryer basket is optional.
  6. Transfer the marinated chicken to the basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn the whole chicken carefully and again cook for 10-20 minutes.It depends.
  8. Done. Carefully transfer the chicken from the basket to the serving plate.
  9. Serve with pita bread,garlic sauce and French fries .Enjoy the healthy whole chicken.

I don't have olive oil. So, can I use vegetable oil?
