Its a bengali style masoor daal pakoda curry.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Masoor daal....1bowl
  2. Chopped potato...1
  3. Chopped Onion...1
  4. Green chilli
  5. Chopped tomato..1
  6. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. curry leaves
  9. Salt
  10. sugar..1/2tspn
  11. Turmeric powder..1tspn
  12. Red chilli powder...2tspn
  13. Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn
  14. Garam masala powder...1tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash & soak the masoor daal for an hour.
  2. Then make a paste of daal & green chilli. Add salt & chopped onion.
  3. Deep fry small pakodas.
  4. Pakoda is ready now.
  5. Fry some potato.
  6. Heat oil, add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste,chopped tomato & all spices.Fry it for few minutes.
  7. Add fried potato.Mix it well & add 1 glass of hot water.
  8. When potato became boiled add pakodas,salt & sugar.Cook it for another 10 minutes.
  9. Add garam masala & coriander leaves .Its ready now
