ABOUT Kadhi Pakoda RECIPE

Sour Kadhi with besan and onion pakoda.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Kadhi:
  2. Dahi 300hm
  3. Besan 2 tbsp
  4. Salt
  5. Cumin pdr
  6. Turmeric pdr 1 tsp
  7. Coconut milk 750 ml (not too thick not too thin)
  8. For Tadka:
  9. Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Oil 1/2 cup
  11. Mustard seed 1tsp
  12. Dry red chilli 1
  13. Curry leaves 2 tbsp
  14. For Pakoda:
  15. Onion 5 finely sliced
  16. Besan as required
  17. Zeera 1 tsp
  18. Cumin pdr 1 tsp
  19. Curry leaves 2 tbsp
  20. Coriander leaves handful chopped
  21. Green chillies chopped 3
  22. Turmeric pdr 1 tsp
  23. Red chilli pdr 1/2 tsp
  24. Baking soda 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For Kadhi: Mix all the ingredient and stir continuesly until kadhi gets boiled.
  2. For takda: In a pan add all the ingredient and make takda and pour over hot kadhi.
  3. For Pakoda: Mix all ingredient in a bowl with hands. (Like knead) and deep fry pakoda.
