VEG CRISPY

Ingredients to make VEG CRISPY

  • 1kg gobi
  • 4 capsicum
  • 4-5 carrot
  • 4 medium onoin
  • 2 tomato
  • 2 tsp garlic, adruk, chilli paste
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2tsp tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp sezwan sauce

How to make VEG CRISPY

  1. cut all vegitable in small square n wash with water. 1 onoin, 1 capsicum, 1 gajar, 2 tamato skin all cut sepreTly n keep aside
  2. in big ptili pour 1 cup maida, 3/4 cup corn flour, pinch colour, salt, dhania, chopped lasun, adruk, chilly flaks, black pepper, all mix.n also mix all vegies n mix with water. nw deep fry all pakode for two times n keep aside
  3. nw take a big kdayi, heat 2 tsp oil n saute chopped lahsun, adruk, chillies, n vegies which keep separately nw add all sauces n honey salt and pepper , chilly flaks n 1/4 cup corn flour n little water n all pakodas, mix well n cook for 2 min n sprinkle 2 tsp white til n garnish witb dania n more til n enjoy hot

My Tip:

you can increase or decrease vegetables as ur choice
