Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 gram
  2. Onion big size 2 numbers
  3. Bell peppers all colors each
  4. Chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Hung curd 1 cup
  6. Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  8. Rock salt 2 teaspoon
  9. Mustard oil 4 tablespoon
  10. Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  11. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  12. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon


  1. Cut paneer into cubes
  2. Cut bell peppers as the size of paneer
  3. Cut onion in the same size
  4. Mix all the ingredients except mustard oil and rock salt
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and mix
  6. Put the paneer,bell peppers and onions in the curd mixture and keep aside for 20 minutes
  7. In a tawa sprinkle mustard oil and spread the marinated mixture and cook it in low flame with lid for 3 minutes.
  8. Then open the lid and fry it all the sides in low flame
  9. Serve hot after sprinkling rock salt in it with onion salad.
