Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Taro roots/ seppangilangu - 250 grams
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Chicken masala 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Taste to salt
  5. 2 Tablespoons of oil
  6. Some curry leaves


  1. Take the Taro roots.
  2. Peel the skin of Arbi
  3. Cut it into slices. With the help of knife.
  4. Add Red chilli powder and chicken masala and salt. Mix well.
  5. Now heat a oil in a pan.
  6. Add a arbi slices. Mixwell
  7. Stir the arbi, so evenly rosted.
  8. After 7 minutes add some curry leaves.
  9. Then cook for 5 more minutes.
  10. Then arbi rost was ready to serve.
  11. It's really yummy, outside rosted inside soften. Try and share your experience.
