Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. whole wheat flour 450 grams
  2. Radish 250 grams (mooli)
  3. chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  6. dry mango powder 1/2 tsp (amchoor)
  7. coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. black pepper powder 1 tsp


  1. Take a bowl and add flour in it. Pour over few drops of oil and salt and mix well. Add water and prepare a stiff dough.
  2. Divide into equal portions and form into balls. Roll it out as chapatis. The thickness of the chapati should be 1cm approximately
  3. Grate the raddish and remove moisture if any (to do this either squeeze very tightly with your hand or a muslin cloth). Season it with dried mango powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and black pepper powder.
  4. Sprinkle seasoned radish on one round and cover with another; press down the edges.
  5. Roll out the chapati again and fry them in a pan
