ABOUT curryleaves and garlic dry fruits RECIPE

This is one of my favourite namkeen with lovely taste of crispi curry leaves and crunchy garlic , I personally feel this the royal namkeen and can be made easily within minutes , if guests are there in half an hour you can make it within 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cahewnuts 100 gms
  2. Almond 100 gms
  3. Raisins 50 gms
  4. oil 2tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Curry leaves 15_20 leaves
  7. 1Green chilli chopped
  8. Pepper powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. In a deep pan add oil
  2. Switch on flame
  3. As oil becomes warm add cashewnuts
  4. Add almonds
  5. As they turn golden in colour remove them in separate bowl
  6. Add raisins in oil
  7. Fry them for a minute
  8. Remove them and add to cashewnuts
  9. Now add curryleaves to oil and fry
  10. Remove them when they turn crispi
  11. add chopped garlic and make them crispi
  12. Remove and add to cashewnuts
  13. Add green chilli to hot oil
  14. Fry for a minute and remove it
  15. Add chilli to cashewnuts
  16. Add salt and pepper
  17. Crush fried curryleaves in fried cashewnut with hands
  18. Just give a good mix
  19. Store it in air tight container
