ABOUT CHINESE CREAM PUFFS WITHOUT BAKING RECIPE

It's a beautiful and tasty puff fried in oil with a creamy healthy and yummy filling.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 240 ml
  2. Butter 100gm
  3. sugar 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Vanilla 1 teaspoon
  6. Wheat flour 150 gm
  7. Egg 2
  8. Sugar powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For Filling
  11. Egg yolks 3
  12. Sugar 60 gm
  13. Cornstarch 30 gm
  14. Milk 300 ml.
  15. Sugar powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add milk, butter,sugar, salt and vanilla in a pan.
  2. Let it boil. Add wheat flour to the mixture.
  3. Let flour cook and cool it in another bowl.
  4. Add egg to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Fill the mixture in a piping bag in any desired nozzle.
  6. Any nozzle can be used.
  7. Pipe it on a sheet and freeze it for 15 to 20 minutes. Meantime prepare filling.
  8. Add egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch and whisk together.
  9. Add milk to the mixture and cook it on a stove. Let it become smooth creamy shiny paste. Filling is ready.
  10. Remove the piped dough from the freezer and fry in oil. Let it brown on top.
  11. Gently turn sides.
  12. Cool the fried puff.
  13. Make a hole at the base of puff and fill the filling tightly.
  14. Like this.
  15. Chinese Cream puff without baking is ready.
  16. Sprinkle sugar powder on top. It's ready to consume.
