Egg stuffed puffs- tasty snak.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For 4 person (8 Puffs)Boiled egg 4
  2. All purpose flour 1 cup
  3. Butter 60g and little more
  4. Boiled potato 1 medium size
  5. Chopped onion 1/2 table spoon
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Crushed black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt and sugar as per your taste
  9. Pinch of baking soda


  1. In a mixing bowl add baking soda to all purpose flour and water make a dough
  2. Add 10 g butter and knead
  3. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and spread a layer of butter on it
  4. Fold it and roll again
  5. Spread a layer of butter again
  6. Fold and roll again cover it with a cloth and leave for at least 20 minutes
  7. In the mean time mash the potato, heat little butter fry onions
  8. Add ginger garlic paste slightly sugar and salt and mashed potato and crushed black pepper
  9. Mix well.
  10. Now roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut as per your desire size
  11. Put some potato mix on it
  12. Cut the eggs and place a slice on the potato mix and wrap it
  13. Now give it a design as you wish
  14. Join the corners and make a flower
  15. Bake it for about 20 minutes in preheated oven at 200°C
  16. Serve hot
