Green Garlic Rice

Ingredients to make Green Garlic Rice

  • 1 cup basmati rice boiled along with salt
  • White cloves chopped 1 tsp
  • Green garlic leaves 2 tabelspoon
  • jeera 1/4 tsp
  • 2 whole red chillies
  • red chilli powder 1/8 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1/8 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Little salt
  • oil 2 tsp

How to make Green Garlic Rice

  1. Heat some oil and add the jeera and the whole red chillies.
  2. Once the jeera crackles add the white chopped garlic cloves.
  3. Cook on medium low till they turn a light golden.
  4. Add green garlic leaves and cook on medium high for a couple of minutes, till the leaves start crackling
  5. Now add the rice, red chilli pwdr ,kitchen king masala and Add the littel salt. Stir rice gently to combine with the other ingredients.add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes to let flavors meld.Serve Hot.
