Healthy Adai with Green sprouts

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green sprouts 200 gms
  2. Green Chillies 1
  3. salt to taste
  4. turmeric 1 tsp
  5. hing pinch
  6. ginger small
  7. coriander leaves handful
  8. Rice flour 2 Tbsp
  9. curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. Add Green sprouts to blender
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, hing, salt and Turmeric
  3. Add coriander leaves
  4. Add 2 tbsp rice flour
  5. Add required water and Grind to smooth paste
  6. Heat a pan. Spread the paste uniformly to make adai
  7. Flip on both sides and cook on medium flame
