Mango fresh cream cake

Ingredients to make Mango fresh cream cake

  • Pwd sugar 200 gms
  • eggs separated 6 nos
  • maida 200 gms
  • Whipped cream 400 gms
  • mango compound 250 gms
  • Gelatin 1/2 tsp
  • White compound 100 gms
  • sugar syrup
  • Chopped kiwi 2 nos
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tblsp

How to make Mango fresh cream cake

  1. Beat egg whites till foamy. Add sugar little by little bearing continuously.
  2. Then add egg yolks.
  3. Lastly told in flour and 1tsp essence.
  4. Pre heat oven. Pour the batter in 8" tin and bake for approx 35-40 min @ 170deg.
  5. When cooled cut for icing . Add sugar syrup then do the icing of each layer adding chopped fruits
  6. The Mango compound to be meltedd on double boiler and then added to the whipped cream for icing.
  7. Melt gelatin in water. Add to melted white compound in which mango emulsifier has been added with 2 tblsp of fresh cream (heated for 1 min approx) it has to be of pouring consistency. Then pour on top of ccaje and decorate with fresh cream rosettes and chopped fruit.
