ABOUT coconut corriander chutney RECIPE

this is one of my favorite chutney,made with coriander

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl dry or wet coconut chopped in pieces
  2. 1/2 bowl corriander leaves
  3. 2green chilles
  4. salt to taste
  5. half lemon
  6. for tempering
  7. 1tsp oil
  8. curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp cummins seeds
  11. 1/2 tsp black gram dal /urad dal

Instructions

  1. add coconut in mixer grinder jar
  2. add green chili
  3. add corriander leaves
  4. add salt
  5. add lemon juice
  6. turn the mixer on
  7. grind to fine paste
  8. remove in bowl
  9. now in a pan add oil and switch on flame
  10. add mustard seed
  11. add cummins seeds
  12. add dal
  13. add curry leaves
  14. as it starts to crackle pour it on chutney
  15. your chutney is ready
