Gajra is a winter special Rajasthani dish . In Rajasthan carrot leaves are known as gajra. Fresh gajra is used to make curry with buttermilk , moong dal and some common spices. Tastewise it is spicy , lill sour and served with bajra roti, gud and lots of ghee.
