We all know about gatta . We relish it very much. Today i am presenting it in new avtaar.gatta are made of palak and in spiral shape also. Guys let's enjoy this new avtaar definately you will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 6
1 cup spinach paste
1 cup besan
1 /2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
2 tsp oil
For curry----
2 tbsp oil
1 bay leaf
1 dry red chilli
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp rai
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Hing
2 cloves
2 cardmon
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green chilli
1 tsp ginger paste
Salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
Haldi
1 cup curd
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder
Coriander leaves
Instructions
For gatta---
Take besan in a bowl
Add spinach paste
Do not boil palak
Only wash and make thick paste
Add spices and oil
We do not need water our palak paste is enough for dough
Brush oil on dough
Devide in equal parts and with the help of palm make long rolls of each part
Now from one side start rolling it
Give spiral shape
Prepare all of them
Let them dry for some time under fan
Now heat water
Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil in it
When boil add gatta one by one
When boil strain water
Keep water safe as we use it in gravy
For gravy----
Take onion, tomato,and chilli in mixi and make paste
Now heat oil in pan
Add dry spices
When they splutter add onion tomato paste
Cook it for 5 min.
Then add haldi and coriander powder
Add red chilli powder
Cook them also
Whisk curd
When it leaves oil add curd and regular stir it
Otherwise curd will curdle
Now add hatya water which we keep safe
And cover pan
Cook for 5 min
Now add gatta
Cook and add garam masala and amchur
Our vegetable is ready
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with parantha, puri or phulka
