ABOUT Lady's Finger Fry RECIPE

A mouth watering side dish which could be used as a starter or a combo with rice or rotis. :heart_eyes:

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Lady's Finger 1/2 kg
  2. Besan flour 5 tbsp
  3. Chilli powder 1/2 tbsp
  4. Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil 5 tbsp
  9. Curry leaves


  1. Slit the lady's fingers into halves. And cut into pieces of 3 inches each.
  2. Take a big bowl and along wit the slit lady's fingers, add besan flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Keep it in fridge for 10 to 15 mins for marination.
  4. Take a pan. Add oil.
  5. After the oil gets heated, add curry leaves.
  6. Then add the marinated mixture. Do shallow fry. Close the pan with lid.
  7. Keep it simmer for around 15 mins.
  8. Turn off after the lady's finger gets well cooked.
