Winters me matar season hota hai. Hari matar market me bahut milti hai. Hamare ghar me Winter season me sabki favourite sabji hai matar ki saloni. Ise banana bahut hi asaan hai. Sardi ki dhoop me matar ki saloni ka taste hi kuch aur hota hai.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bunch green corriender leaves
  2. 1 big onion
  3. 2 big boiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 kg fresh matar
  5. 10 green chillies
  6. 1 0 garlic piece
  7. 1/2 inch ginger
  8. 1 tbsp amchur powder
  9. 1 tsp black papper powder
  10. 1 tsp corriender powder
  11. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  12. 2 tomatos


  1. Grind all the ingredients in mixi. apart from potatos and matar.
  2. In a kadahi add 1tbsp ghee. Add heeng into it.
  3. Now add matar and cover the kadahi for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add all corriender mix masala to kadahi and stir fry , so that onion get roasted.
  5. When masala get little dry add 1 glass water n chopped aloo into it.
  6. Add salt and now cook with cover lid for 5 to 10 minutes for your required consistency of gravy.
  7. Serve hot with poori or paratha. Along with pickle and sweet curd.
