Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled rice 1 cup
  2. Chana dal 1/2 cup
  3. Toor dal 1/4 cup
  4. Red chilly 6 numbers
  5. Tapioca 200grams peeled and chopped
  6. Ginger 1 inch
  7. Hing a pinch
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Onion 1 big chopped
  10. Drumstick leaves 1/2 cup
  11. Curry leaves
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Gingely oil 6 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and dal separately for 1/2 an hour
  2. First grind rice, red chilly, ginger and tapioca
  3. Then add dal and grind
  4. Add chopped onion
  5. Add drumstick leaves,salt, turmeric powder and hing
  6. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
  7. Heat a tawa and pour 1 teaspoon oil than pour dough to make thick dosa
  8. Pour some more oil
  9. Cook in medium flame and should cook well to have a golden colour and crispy texture
  10. Serve hot with coconut chutney or honey or even sabji or avial
