Soak rice and dal separately for 1/2 an hour
First grind rice, red chilly, ginger and tapioca
Then add dal and grind
Add chopped onion
Add drumstick leaves,salt, turmeric powder and hing
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Heat a tawa and pour 1 teaspoon oil than pour dough to make thick dosa
Pour some more oil
Cook in medium flame and should cook well to have a golden colour and crispy texture
Serve hot with coconut chutney or honey or even sabji or avial
