Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice -2 cups
  2. Karamani -1/2 cup
  3. Onion - 1 cup
  4. Oil- 1/2cup
  5. Jeera - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. curry leaves
  7. Green chilly -1
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water-4 cups
  10. For grind :
  11. Tomato - 1
  12. Cinnamon -2
  13. Red chillies- 3
  14. Gloves - 2
  15. Jeera -1/2 teaspoon
  16. Coriander seeds-1teaspoon
  17. Fennelseeds -1/2

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice and lentils 20 minutes separately.
  2. Grind the ingredients given, fine paste
  3. Heat pressure cooker pour the oil, add jeera when it's splitter, add onion, curry leaves, green chilly sauted well
  4. Add the paste, it's raw smell came out
  5. Add rice, lentils, salt and water when it's boiling cover the cooker, put the whistle.
  6. Enough for one whistle. The pressure went out open cooker mix
  7. Serve with ghee, pickle
