ABOUT Karamani sundal RECIPE

Sundal is one of the navaratri special recipe. Nine day nine sudal with sweet and songs is must before kolu in tamilnadu. Here i m presanting brown karamani/lugume healthy and easy yummy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Overnight soked karamani
  2. Onion 1 medium
  3. Water required
  4. Red chilli 2
  5. Musturd 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste


  1. Heat oil in pan add musturd, red chilli
  2. After it pops add onion fry upto it turns brown
  3. Add cooked karamani.(add water and salt leave for 5 whistels and strain water)
  4. Add coconut and fry all upto it little dry.
  5. Ready to serve.
