Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach- 1bunch
  2. Curd- 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black salt- 1/2 tsp
  5. Garlic cloves- 2 finely chopped
  6. Curry leaves- 5-6
  7. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  8. Oil- 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Clean and add spinach to the boiling water.Cook uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes
  2. Drain excess water and mash spinach
  3. Whisk curd ,salt and black salt.
  4. Add mashed spinach to the whisked curd and mix properly.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and chopped garlic and saute for a minute. Add the tempering to curd. Mix well. Best served cold
