Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paneer 200gm
  2. Palak 250gm
  3. Onion 2, chopped
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 1tsp
  5. Flour 1cup
  6. Semolina 1/4 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Melted Butter 2-3 tbsp
  9. Green chili paste 1 tsp
  10. Hing 1/2tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1tsp
  12. Coriander powder 1tsp
  13. Milk as required
  14. 1 Tomato Chopped
  15. 2-3 Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Blanch Spinach and make puree with garlic
  2. In a bowl, add palak puree, salt,flour,semolina,cumin powder,coriander powder,green chilli paste ,hing & milk and form smooth Dosa batter
  3. Brush oil on a pan, pour laddle of batter & make thin dosas. Keep aside
  4. Heat butter in a pan, fry onion & ginger garlic paste until onions turn golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until tender
  5. Add paneer & make a mixture.
  6. Take Spoonful of paneer mixture and place in the centre of the palak dosa. Top with Chutney or sauce(this is optional)
  7. Roll the dosas and serve hot
