Pickle is the most important part of an indian thali but for that we made pickle and we have to wait for 4-5 days for pickle to be ready. So here i have prepared an instant pickle recipe which is mouth watering and everyone's favorite

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Large green chillies- 250gms
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. Rai 1 tsp
  5. Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
  6. coriander powder 1 tsp
  7. Amchur powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Fennel powder 1 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  12. Mustard Oil 6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop green chilies in big pieces or slit the green chilies as per preference
  2. Heat oil in a Pan.Splutter mustard seeds , add cumin seeds and asafoetida and let it cook for 30 seconds on medium flame
  3. After 30 seconds, add chopped green chilies and salt in it and saute it on medium flame for 2 minutes or until you see white spots on the layer of chilies
  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, mango powder and cook it for 2 minutes. Switch off
  5. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add lemon juice to the pickle and mix it well
  6. Delicious Rajasthani instant green chili pickle is ready to serve
