Omelate bread pakoda is very delicious recipe . We generally eat bread and omelate in breakfast but i have given a twist to this recipe . I made omelate bread pkoda recipe which is an easy and quick recipe . Let's see the recipe :blush:i hope you will like it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 4
  2. Bread slices 4
  3. 4 green chilies chopped
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 3 tbsp Chopped green coriander leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil 1 tsp
  8. FOR SAUCE:-
  9. 1/3 cup or more Tomato ketchup
  10. 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Lemon juice 2 tsp


  1. In a bowl, crack two eggs in a bowl then add salt, finely onion ,green chilies and coriander leaves and whisk them well
  2. Cut 2 Bread slices into triangular shape
  3. Heat Tawa , apply oil on it
  4. Take 1/2 bread slice and dip in the egg mixture and put it on pan or tawa .Let it cook on medium flame
  5. when one side is cooked then flip it and pour oil around the bread and cook another side of the the bread
  6. when both sides are cooked and light golden brown in color, transfer to serving plate
  7. SAUCE METHOD :- Take tomato ketchup in a small bowl add red chilli powder , salt and lemon in it and mix them well
  8. Serve hot pakodas with sauce
