Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sooji- 1 cup
  2. Sugar-1 cup
  3. Coconut powder-1/4 cup
  4. Sliced almonds, cashews, raisins-1/4 cup
  5. Ghee-1tbsp
  6. Milk- 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottomed vessel, add ghee and fry almonds, cashews , raisins and transfer to another bowl.
  2. In the same vessel , add sooji and roast it by stiring continuosly till it gets golden brown colour
  3. Add coconut and stir for 5 min and switch off the flame.
  4. Add sugar and mix well
  5. Add hot milk to the mixture and shape into laddu.
  6. Store in air tight container. These can be stored for 5 days.
