Rava laddus

Ingredients to make Rava laddus

  • Rava (semolina) - 1.25 cups
  • sugar - 3/4 th cup
  • cardamom - 3
  • ghee - 1/4 th cup + 2 tbsp
  • raisins and cashew nuts (handful)

How to make Rava laddus

  1. Dry roast the Rava until it begins to smell. Set aside to cool down.
  2. Powder the sugar along with the cardamoms.
  3. Add the roasted Rava and blend together once more.
  4. Now fry for raisins and cashew nuts in some ghee.
  5. Add these to the Rava mix, along with rest of the ghee. Shape the mixture into small laddus.
