I tried this recipe today as an innovation.The taste of these laddoos gives the sweetness of a real ripe mango. Absolutely easy to prepare with very little ghee..astes great..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rava 1 cup
  2. mango pulp 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3/4
  4. Ghee 1 tbsp
  5. Cashewnuts 10
  6. Luke warm milk 1/4 cup
  7. Dessicated coconut for dusting


  1. Heat kadai. Add 1 tbsp ghee and fry rava and cashewnuts.
  2. Fry till you get the aroma. Then add sugar. Please make sure that the flame is set to low.
  3. Once the color of rava changes, add warm milk and let the rava boil. Then add mango pulp and saute till it forms a hard mass.
  4. Remove from flame and make laddoos after cooling. Roll it on dessicated coconut powder and serve.

When I put the semolina/rava and moong dal completely I add sugar and mix well https://testmyspeed.onl/
