Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rava 2 cup
  2. Oats 1/2 cup grinded
  3. Deshi ghee 2 teaspoons
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Coconut grated 1 cup
  6. Khoya 3 teaspoons
  7. Milkmaid 3 teaspoons
  8. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Melted cholocate 1/2 cup
  10. Desscated coconut half cup
  11. Roasted Seviyan 1/2 cup
  12. Dryfruits 1/ 2 cup
  13. Vanilla essence 1 drop
  14. Marie biscuits powder 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add the rava and powdered oats to the ghee.. Roast the mixture till aromatic and the colour changes.
  2. Now add sugar and cardamom powder.. Keep stirring up and down on low flame.
  3. Now add the coconut powder along with the dryfruits. Set aside to cool. Now grind the mixture giving one pulse to coarsely fine powder to form ladoo.
  4. Next roast the Seviyan and keep aside. Melt the chocolate n keep aside.
  5. Now once the mixture is grinded add three teaspoon milkmaid and start making the shape of ladoo..Coat it with desscated coconut powder. Next for chocolate ladoo coat it with melted chocolate in one layer and then again coconut powder
  6. Next for Seviyan chocolate coat it with syrup n then roasted seviyan
  7. For biscuit crunchy ladoo, coat with melted chocolate n then Marie biscuit powder.
  8. Garnish with dry Fruits and nuts of your choice. Keep in room temperature for 1 hr. Store in airtight container in freezer for 20 days. Enjoy the yummy fushion ladoos. Happy cooking
