ABOUT Missi Roti RECIPE

Missi roti is made of combination of flours and infused with green herbs.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wheat flour 3/4 cup
  2. Gram flour 3/4 cup
  3. Oats flour 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Green onion 2 chopped
  7. Green garlic 1 chopped
  8. Ginger green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  9. Green coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  10. Baking soda a pinch
  11. Butter 6 tbsp - drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl ,add all ingredients. Knead into a tight dough using water.
  2. Apply some oil over dough and rest it for half an hour.
  3. Knead dough again for 5 minutes
  4. Divide dough into equal portions and roll into roti
  5. Cook first on hot tawa then on direct flame.
  6. Top with butter and serve hot.
