Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped Ladyfingers 250 grams
  2. Chopped potatoes 50 grams
  3. Oil 2 tablespoons
  4. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Peanuts powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt/ Kayam churna 1 teaspoon
  8. Chili powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  11. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  12. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste ,cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let it splutter
  2. Add chopped bhindi and potatoes .Mix well
  3. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, peanuts powder and salt. Mix well
  4. Add water and cook until done
  5. Now add Kayam churna and mix well
  6. Serve hot
