Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouted Green gram 2 cups
  2. Dill leaves -1 bunch
  3. 2 small Onion chopped
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add onions and Saute until translucent
  3. Add dill leaves and saute till it changes color and gives a nice aroma
  4. Add sprouted green gram and little water. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Add salt and turmeric powder.Mix well
  6. Serve hot with chapatis or rice
