Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Peel of 1 lau, finely chopped
  2. Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  5. Green chili, 2 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add nigella seeds and green chili. Saute for few seconds
  2. Add peel, salt and cook for 10 min
  3. Add little sugar, mix well. Cook for 5 min
  4. Serve hot with rice
