Pau Bhaji

Ingredients to make Pau Bhaji

  • oil 3 tbsp
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • garlic 6 to 7 pods finely chopped
  • tomatoes 4 to 5 medium size (pureed)
  • Pau bhaji masala 3 tsp
  • red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Potato 1 large size, (peeled) boiled
  • Brinjal (baigan) 1 medium size, (peeled) boiled
  • Green peas 1/2 cup, boiled
  • Couli flower 1 cup, boiled
  • butter 2 tbsp
  • Coriender for garnishing

How to make Pau Bhaji

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add finely chopped onion and finelly chopped garlic. Saute till it turns little golden brown.
  3. Now add tomato puree, pau bhaji masala, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  4. Cook this gravy till it leaves oil.
  5. Now add all the boiled veggies.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Add little water to make pau bhaji smooth.
  8. Lastly add butter and coriender.
  9. And cook it well.
  10. Its ready.surve hot with pau or bread.
