ABOUT Burnt Garlic Noodles RECIPE

Tasty and easy noodles with strong flavour of burnt garlic.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles 100 gm
  2. Garlic cloves 10-15 finely chopped
  3. Ginger 1 inch, finely chopped
  4. Oil 2 tablespoons
  5. Cabbage 1/4 cup, chopped
  6. Red ,green, yellow bell pepper 1 cup, julienne
  7. Onion 1/4 cup sliced
  8. Spring onions 1 , chopped
  9. Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  10. Red chili sauce 1 tablespoons
  11. Green chili sauce 1 tablespoons
  12. Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons
  13. Vinegar 2 teaspoons
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 2 tbsp + 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles with 1 tsp oil. Drain water and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok,add finely chopped garlic and cook until golden brown,add ginger and vegetables,stir fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add all sauces and vinegar, mix well.
  4. Add noodles,salt and pepper,mix and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Tasty burnt garlic noodles is ready.
