Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. red spinach 2 bundles
  2. grated coconut 1 cup
  3. green chilies 4-5 finely chopped - adjust
  4. kalonji 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. chili powder 1 tsp
  7. bori bhaja 5-6
  8. onion chopped, 1 cup
  9. garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. oil 2 tsp
  11. salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Clean and finely chop red spinach leaves. Keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add kalonji and stir for few seconds. Add onion and saute until translucent
  3. Add green chilies, saag and coconut, stir for 1 minute. Add all spices, salt , sugar and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes
  4. Once water evaporates, add boi bhaja and mix well. garnish with green chilies and serve hot
