ABOUT Chili Fry RECIPE

Chilli Fry is an dish that can be made under 10 minutes. When guests come home and you have nothing to give as a side dish,then this recipe will help at that time. In this recipe,Green chilli is cooked in salt,peanuts and some water.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 8 big green chilies
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 tsp crushed peanuts
  4. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds

Instructions

  1. Slit the green chilies and de-seed it
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
  3. Add green chilies and fry them for 2 minutes over low heat until it tuns light brown from both sides
  4. Add salt and crushed peanuts, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Take out the fried chilies in a serving plate and sprinkle lemon juice on top
  6. Serve with rice,paratha or dosa.
