Slit the green chilies and de-seed it
Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
Add green chilies and fry them for 2 minutes over low heat until it tuns light brown from both sides
Add salt and crushed peanuts, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take out the fried chilies in a serving plate and sprinkle lemon juice on top
Serve with rice,paratha or dosa.
