Waffles are very famous worldwide.Savoury waffles are healthy breakfast option.It gives us energy to hit your day as breakfast is an important meal.infact we can eat them anytime during lunch or dinner too I made-them with goodness of oats,spinach,corriander and capsicum. The waffle iron transform batter into tasty and crispy delicacy. One must definitely try out this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Spinach coriander Puree 1/2 cup
  3. Green chili and ginger paste 1 tsp
  4. Shredded Spinach 2 tsp
  5. Capsicum 2 tsp, finely chopped
  6. Oil. 1 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  9. Cheese 2 tsp, grated
  10. coriander leaves 1 tsp
  11. Tomato sauce 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast and grind oats to fine powder
  2. Add oats powder ,spinach coriander puree, water to form smooth batter
  3. Mix ginger chilly paste,salt and oil with the batter
  4. Grease the waffle iron
  5. Add baking soda to batter and mix well
  6. Preheat iron waffle. Pour the batter and cook over medium flame until crisp. Serve hot
