ABOUT Badam Halwa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Almonds/Badaam 200 grams
  2. sugar 500 grams
  3. water as required
  4. ghee 200 ml

Instructions

  1. Soak almonds in hot water for 1 hour and then remove the skin, grind to a paste.
  2. In heavy bottom pan make the sugar syrup and when it reaches a one string consistency add the almond paste.
  3. Keep the flame low and continuously stir adding ghee little by little.
  4. You must not stop stirring till you get your choice of consistency.
