ABOUT Green Chili Fritters RECIPE

Crispy starter for anytime food craving or accompaniment. Its contains capsaicin which has calorie burning proprties. Such a crispy and low calorie tasty starter.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big chilies 300 gm
  2. Rice flour 5 tsp
  3. Chickpea flour or besan 8 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chat masala 1 tsp
  6. Baking soda 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1 tsp
  8. Oil 1 cup to deep fry
  9. Italian seasoning 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash chilies and slit into two halves
  2. Now in a bowl , add besan , rice flour and rest of the ingredients one by one and mix well. Add adequate water and mix to form a smooth batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over low flame
  4. Dip the slit chili in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crisp
  5. Drain excess oil on kitchen towel. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
