Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pavakai/karela 2 big, sliced lengthwise
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Chili powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Amchur powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Rice flour 1 teaspoon
  7. Corn flour 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  10. 1 tsp Besan

Instructions

  1. Add salt to Karela and mix well. Rest it aside for 10 minutes
  2. Add chili powder,besan,rice flour, corn flour ,amchur,turmeric and mix well
  3. Heat oil for frying. Deep fry Karelas until golden brown and crisp
  4. Sprinkle chat masala, chili powder, coriander leaves and toss well. Serve hot
