Ingredients to make Choco Pie

  • 1 Cup water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 pack Marie gold biscuits

How to make Choco Pie

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS: 1 CUP WATER 4 TBSP SUGAR 2 TBSP DRINKING CHOCOLATE POWDER 1 TBSP COCOA POWDER 2 TBSP CORN FLOUR
  2. HEAT WATER IN A PAN
  3. ADD COCOA POWDER AND MIX
  4. ADD SUGAR AND MIX WELL
  5. ADD CORN FLOUR AND MIX UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH AND LUMP FREE
  6. ADD DRINKING CHOCOLATE POWDER AND MIX
  7. COOK UNTIL CHOCOLATE SAUCE THICKENS
  8. SPREAD CHOCOLATE SAUCE EVENLY ON EACH BISCUIT AND STACK ONE OVER ANOTHER
  9. COVER ALL SIDES OF BISCUIT STACK WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE
  10. NOW WRAP BISCUIT TOWER IN FOIL PAPER
  11. FREEZE BISCUITS FOR 1 HOUR
  12. REMOVE THE FOIL
  13. SLICE THE BISCUITS IN SLANTING SHAPE. SERVE COLD
