Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aloevera 1 piece
  2. Sabut moong soaked 1/2 cup
  3. Green peas 1/2 cup
  4. 1/4 cup Celery chopped along with leaves
  5. Spinach chopped 5 leaves
  6. Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
  7. Almonds 6 chopped
  8. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  9. Garlic 5 cloves
  10. Ginger 1/2 inch
  11. Onion 1 chopped
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Black pepper to taste
  14. Vegetable stock 2 cups


  1. Remove the skin of aloevera and spoon out the gel
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add chopped celery , green moong ,green peas, spinach leaves, coriander leaves in sequence and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 1 cup water/vegetable stock. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add, ginger, garlic and onion. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Blend mixture with salt to form a smooth puree.
  5. Heat olive oil in separate pan. Add aloevera gel and simmer. Mix well over low heat, add almonds and mix well
  6. Once it bubbles , add puree and mix. Add water if required. Cook for 4 minutes on very low flame.
  7. Add black pepper powder , mix and garnish with cream and almonds. Serve hot.
