Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions-3
  2. Eggs-5
  3. Salt- to taste
  4. Turmeric-a dash
  5. Chilli powder- little
  6. Pepper powder- to sprinkle
  7. Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder- little
  9. Cloves-3
  10. Cinnamon stick- 1/2 inch
  11. Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
  12. Oil- 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a non stick pan, add oil.
  2. Add cloves and cinnamon stick and then add ginger garlic paste and saute it.
  3. Now add onions and saute till it reaches golden brown colour.
  4. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, pepper and saute for few minutes.
  5. Add 5 eggs to it and scramble with the onion masala and cook for 5 min( or till it gets little golden brown colour)
  6. Switch off the stove and sprinkle with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with hot rice/ chapathi.
