Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 bowl makka flour
  2. 1/2 Bowl maida
  3. 4 boil potatato
  4. paneer
  5. 1/2 tbsp fengureek seeds
  6. 3_4 red whole chilli
  7. A pinch heeng
  8. 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  9. oil
  10. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  11. 1/2 bowl curd
  12. 1/2 tbsp red chilli
  13. 1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder

Instructions

  1. Makka flour curd red whole chilli n fenugreek seed
  2. Redchilli salt heeng dhaniya powder cumin seedsboil potato paneer
  3. Tomato green chilli
  4. Add salt red chilli n makka flour
  5. Mash n mix them well.
  6. Make a boll
  7. After making boll cover it with maida dry
  8. Deep fry it
  9. Fry all balls
  10. Its ready now making gravy.
  11. Make a paste of tomato ginger n green chilli.
  12. Add salt red chilli n dhaniya powder mix curd
  13. Take kadai add oil then cumin seeds heeng
  14. Add tomato paste
  15. Add whole redchilli n fenugreek ssed
  16. Saute it
  17. Add curd n kasuri methi spices was already in curd
  18. Add koftas in it
  19. Add little water make them boil.
  20. Ready to serve..
