Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats powder 1 cup
  2. Rava 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger green chilli paste 1 tbsp
  5. Curd 2 tbsp
  6. Salt for taste
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the oats powder, rava, rice flour, ginger green chilli paste, curd, salt and 2 cups of water to make thin flowy batter. The batter shld be loose and flowy.
  2. Let the batter rest for 2 hours. After 2 hours check the consistency and if it is become thick add some more water to make it flowy.
  3. In a non stick dosa tawa spread the batter and let the dosa cook on one side. Serve hot with green chutney.
