ABOUT Oats dosa RECIPE

Oats dosa suited for the elderly with diet and appetite in mind.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Quick rolled oats - 2 cups
  2. Rice flour-2 tbsps
  3. Apf/ maida-2 tbsps
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. Curd - 1/2 cup(optional)
  7. Water - 3 cups or more

Instructions

  1. Grind the rolled oats to fine powder
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add whisked curd and water
  3. Adjust the consistency to make a thin pourable batter.
  4. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Smear a little oil on a non stick pan. Pour 2 to 3 laddles of batter from sides to form a filled circle.
  6. Roast on medium flame. Fold and remove. Serve hot with any tomatoe based curry or coconut podi or chutney.
