Ingredients to make Oats Dosa Rolls

  • Dosa Batter-2cup
  • green chutney
  • tomato chutney
  • cheese-3tlbs
  • For stuffing
  • mix veg(peas potato,carrot,capsicum)-2cupssteamed
  • zeera [cumin seeds] -1/2 tsp
  • green chilli-2chopped
  • turmeric powder1/4ts
  • corrianderpowder-1/2tsp
  • coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Oil or butter

How to make Oats Dosa Rolls

  1. heat oil in a pan add zeera.when crackled add dry masalas green chili and tomato.fry for some time then add vegetables.add salt and mix well.cover it till done add coriander leaves.keep aside.
  2. Now take non-stick griddle and make 2 dosas
  3. Now take non-stick griddle and make 2 dosas two dosas are required to make Rolls. Make all dosas
  4. Take one dosa and apply green mint chutney on it. grate cheese on o it .hot this dosa for 30 seconds so cheese melt little.
  5. Now place another dosa on it .apply .tomato chutney on it.place a little stuffing at one side and roll like mat.
  6. cut into small rolls and serve hot. with any chutney
