Ingredients to make Veg Dosa Rolls

  • 2 cups dosa batter
  • Carrot,beans,cabbage chopped 1 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
  • oil 1 table spoon

How to make Veg Dosa Rolls

  1. Heat a pan.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Then add onion, fry till they turn pink in color.
  4. Then add chilly and veggies.
  5. Next add salt and a little turmeric.
  6. Cook till the veggie are tender.
  7. Then add tomato and soy sauce.
  8. Mix well and keep aside.
  9. Then take a non stick pan and drizzle some oil.
  10. Pour 2 tablespoon of batter and spread nicely.
  11. Cook for 2 minutes.
  12. Then place 1 tbsp of the vegetable filling and roll the dosa and serve.

My Tip:

You can add paneer in stuffing.
