Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Gobi cut in big size -1kg
  2. Onion -4 sliced
  3. Tomatoes chopped-3
  4. Cream /malai-1/2cup
  5. Milk 1cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp
  8. Dhania powder-1tsp
  9. Garam masala 1tsp
  10. ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
  11. Cinnamon-1
  12. Dry red chilli-2
  13. Bayleaf-2
  14. Cardamom-1
  15. turmeric a pinch
  16. Cornflour-2tbsp
  17. Oil for frying
  18. Jeera 1tsp
  19. Cashew paste 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Boiled the Gobi florets for 5min sieve it .
  2. Sprinkle cornflour n salt n keep aside
  3. Take a wok add oil ,jeera n all dry masala.
  4. Now add onion little fry it n add tomatoes little heat it n off gas
  5. When cool the masala grind it in mixer
  6. After this fry Gobi florets till golden
  7. Take a wok add grinded masala in oil n cook .add salt ,chilli, dhania ginger garlic paste,cashew paste cook till oil separate.
  8. Add milk ,cream mix nicely.if gravy thick add water1/2cup.taste it n balanced the taste.
  9. Lastly add Gobi n cook for 5min. In covered pan.
